The curious Adventures of
Sherlock Holmes in Japan

Sherlock Holmes in Japan - Sherlock Holmes fans know about the "missing years" - the time when Holmes traveled in Asia after his epic battle with Professor Moriarty. Now, thanks to recently discovered notebooks, some of the Great Detective's most challenging cases can be revealed. Facing a foreign culture and language, a disguised Holmes must depend on the help of British-educated Dr. Junichi Watanabe, who acts as a translator and cultural guide. Holmes is faced with uniquely Japanese cases that involve murder, stolen battleship plans, purloined pickles, the voice of the devil, ghostly samurai, and even wild monkeys! Each of these cases require the combination of the deductive powers of Holmes plus the cultural knowledge of Dr. Watanabe, providing a new perspective on the Great Detective.
